Elaine Kimberly Jones Bickford a/k/a Elaine Kimberly Jones, domiciled and residing at 2001 Gemini, Apartment 1111, Houston, Texas 77058, is an individual interested in this Estate. 2. Suzanne Winston Burg died on August 26, 2012, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, at the age of Seventy-One (71). 3. Suzanne Winston Burg owned real and personal property described generally as real estate, automobiles, cash, household goods, and personal effects of a probable value in excess of Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000.00). 5. Suzanne Winston Burg left a valid written Will dated April 24, 2000, which was never revoked and is filed herewith. 6. The subscribing witnesses to the Will and their addresses as listed are Rex J. Weinheimer, whose address is listed as P.O. Box 327, Stonewall, Texas 78671 and Bud Bauman, whose address is listed as 4420 S. RR 1623, Stonewall, Texas 78671. The Will was made self-proved in the manner required by the Texas Estates Code. 7. The Will does not contain a gift to the state, a governmental agency of the state, or a charitable organization. 8. No children were born to or adopted by Suzanne Winston Burg after the making of the Will. A marriage of Suzanne Winston Burg was not dissolved after the making of this Will. 9. Suzanne Winston Burg's Will first named Doretha Anne Jones Miller a/k/a Doretha Anne Jones as Independent Executrix. Doretha Anne Jones Miller a/k/a Doretha Anne Jones has signed a Renunciation and Waiver of Right to Letters Testamentary in favor of your Applicant. Suzanne Winston Burgs Will next named your Applicant to serve without bond or other security as Independent Executrix, in which capacity, Applicant would not be disqualified by law from serving as such or from accepting Letters Testamentary, and Applicant would be entitled to such Letters. A necessity exists for the administration of this estate.
