50315 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS The City of Lynn Haven, Florida, will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in constructing the following project: CITY OF LYNN HAVEN Hurricane Damage Repairs to Public Safety Building Fire Station 1 MM Project No. 502100700-003 The project includes: • Remove and replace all high bay doors • Remove and replace all high bay wall sheathing • Remove and replace all wall girts • Repair all damaged high bay columns • Remove and replace all interior liner panels • Remove and replace high eave overhang soffits, gutters, and downspouts • Remove and replace high bay roof panels • Add a concrete curb around the perimeter of the high bay exterior walls to protect the column and wall bases from being exposed to washdown and protect the integrity of the building columns and walls • Remove and replace vinyl-faced roof insulation • Coating existing exposed steel framing in the high bay to prevent rusting • Improvements to the mechanical (heating equipment & ceiling fans), and electrical (all new led lighting) systems in the truck bays and entrance • Installing new epoxy flooring and striping for all truck bays.
